Well, the yearly "liable states" survey is out. And while, wouldn't you know, Oklahoma ranks very very low in most catagories, here are a couple of ranking that ae encouraging.
Oklahoma is number twelve in legislative appropriations to arts agencies per capita. We are also number nine in most sunny days. I'll remember these when I have to try to drive through all the semi trucks unloading "Mamma Mia" sets downtown tonight.
Also, probably better suited for Fenceview, we have the fifth lowest state and local debt.
